Scott Bethel is President and CEO of IntegrityISR which is a thriving consultant practice focusing on Cyber and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance policy, strategy, implementation, and operations. IntegrityISR has worked with some of the most recognizable tech firms and with some energetic startups. His client list includes SAP/NS2, Raytheon, Delta Risk, and FEDITC. He also is a leader in international Cyber and ISR training and heads JMark’s intelligence and global training initiatives. He’s program manager for JMark’s Royal Saudi Air Force CYBER and ISR training project and is currently training Singapore, Pakistan, Finland, and other Southwest Asia, NATO, and South Asian Coalition Partners. He is a Highly Qualified Expert in support of 25th Air Force. Scott is a retired Air Force brigadier general with 27 years of senior leadership experience in intelligence, cyber, kinetic targeting, unmanned vehicle operations, and education. Gen Bethel served as vice commander, Air Force ISR Agency (AFISRA), where he oversaw the organization, training and equipping of assigned forces to conduct ISR for the nation. He was the senior Distributed Common Ground Station (DGS) mission operations commander and the Air Force’s senior targeteer. Gen Bethel deployed to 7 contingency operations areas. He has also served as the commander of the 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow AFB, Texas, with responsibility for the initial training of all Air Force intelligence personnel. He has spoken and published extensively on ISR and cyber strategy and policy, future ISR systems, and modernization of processing, exploitation, and dissemination efforts. He is the author of numerous articles and the book, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Russian Foreign Policy for the New Millennium: A New Approach.
